How are the pieces made?

I make each item by hand in my workshop in South London. Every item is made from solid timber that is FSC certified. As each item is hand crafted from a natural material there will be variations in pattern and colour and imperfections which add to their individuality.


How are they delivered?

The cost of delivery for anywhere in Mainland UK is £9 and your order will arrive by courier. 


Can orders be collected?

If you live locally you might prefer to collect the piece in person. To select this option simply enter the discount code 'COLLECTION' at the checkout. This will remove any delivery charges. The collection address is my home in SW18, London. I will be in touch shortly after you place your order to arrange a date and time for you to pop by and collect your purchase. 


Can items be returned?

I hope that your order will fit perfectly in to your home and quickly become a prized possession. However, if you aren't satisfied with your purchase it is eligible for refund (excluding the original delivery cost) if it is returned within 7 days of receipt of delivery in its unused and sellable condition. The return postage cost is the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, refunds will not be issued on items that are returned after 7 days from receipt of delivery. Please contact me with your order number and if possible the reason for your return and I will provide the returns address. Once the items have seen safely received in their unused and sellable condition the refund will be issued (excluding the original delivery cost). I would recommend you obtain proof of postage of your return as the customer is responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit.


What happens if an order arrives damaged?

Each order is carefully checked and packaged before it is shipped. If it does arrive damaged please contact me within 7 days of receipt of delivery so that I can help to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
